…and as soon as she sends me the parts, I’ll rebuild her carb that’s sitting on my workbench and maybe she can fire up the truck finally@Beastiethe70 also is a 60 owner now.
My 15 yo daughter learned to drive in the old FJ60 and wants her own now. She's been wheeling and camping in it since she was little. She drove a good portion of White Rim last summer.

Definitely nuts. I could say a few things about it but I’d just be knocking my arrogant self from back then. Don’t ask what the truck is doing now…@NeverGiveUpYota paging Felicity.
Her build thread is nuts. Well worth reading the full 100 pages or whatever it's up to.
#NeverGiveUpDefinitely nuts. I could say a few things about it but I’d just be knocking my arrogant self from back then. Don’t ask what the truck is doing now…
My 12yo son enjoys teasing me because a month plus ago I was goi g to let him drive it up and down the driveway. Well sadly, I reversed the position of the brake and clutch and he kinda got annoyed and the truck stalled thankfully about 8’ from the road. He’s plenty tall enough now… I look at his shoulder. He’s 5’8”
No photos of him in the seat. He’s really hyper focused on fishing nowadays and yeah I really need to get the truck moving again. The stalling issue a few years ago kinda messed me up a bit.
