Wheel locked. Help! (1 Viewer)

So my 87 Fj60 had an encounter with some salty flood waters a little while back...and due to a combination of weather, work, and just a lack of time hasn't been driven for about a month. Long story short I went to take her for a drive today and the drivers side rear wheel will not move at all. Where do I start? Would the drum get locked up? Something more sinister? Passengers side is fine. Barks the tire and try's to push but to no avail. I welcome any and all thoughts! Thanks!

I'd guess frozen brake caliper. Take things apart until you find it.

i would start with emergency brake. bell crank probably frozen.

Rear wheel. First check to see if your E-brake cable and the bell-crank levers are functioning. If yes, then off comes the drum. If no, then see if releasing those frees the wheel.
