I ran around Brandon for 2 months with no front bumper or rear bumper corners on my 80. I even got stopped for rolling through a stop sign and my lack of bumpers were never even brought up.

ok...who ran me off I55?
So did one of yall almost run me off I55 at the waterworks turn to check out my rig??
I got honked at by a white ford truck with lots of 
in the back that looked like some sort of work truck.
It was last Friday and I was running topless, doorless to eat lunch
Anyway...so I have a new HFS on the rig, new d rings came with it, cleaned my carb, air filter (freaking nasty as poo)
and managed to clean some rust off the driver's floor pan.....
note to all --- + scrapping old paint/rust = 
:whoops: MESSED UP!! I was also high on WD40 from trying to release the windshield hinges.....she got stuck lying down and I d**n near broke the glass getting it freed
Next up on the to do list is this flippin carb swap....waiting on a Haynes manual for some help and pics before attempting it.....it's enroute. Then ill be ready to run with yall.......
Anyone have an FJ 40 original manual? just wondering I want to see one....they are $200 plus on ebay.....are people that freakin dumb??

Do yourself a favor and throw the WD40 in the trash. Get on line and buy some Kroil. Super for breaking free rusted bolts. PB Blaster (auto parts store) works pretty good too. Soak them and come back later to try and loosen them.
