I’m getting water coming into my 77 FJ40 cab and I’ve (hopefully ) traced it to the driver side door/windshield frame/roof corner. See attached pics. Let me know if I’m missing weather stripping or if everything just looks to be a sloppy fit. I’m including a pic of the passenger side for comparison. Hoping this is an easy fix…..

I’ve got that new and installed, OEM part. I believe the link I provided above is a bridge between the windshield piece and the rain gutter piece. Thoughts?
 
After doing some digging, I believe it may be part 64836.

If you haven’t already ordered, I’ve got a set I ordered a while back and did not need. Happy to send it to you for the shipping cost. Did not realize it was not needed for my 82.
 
Once you replace the rubber around the top, you still may have small holes where water can work its way in. Seam sealer will fix that. Don’t forget to check between the fiberglass top and the metal frame that mounts above the windshield. Sometimes wind noise is enough to reveal a gap.
