What lube to use, and where to place, for sunroof? (1 Viewer)

I sprayed the tracks of my sunroof with silicone spray lube, but it still seems to have a bit groaning sound. I use it regularly and it hasn't gotten stuck, but I'd like to prolong its life.
What type of grease should I use, and should I be greasing anything other than the visible track when the sunroof is open?

The tracks, IMHO, only need to be cleaned, not lubricated. It's the cables insides the guide tubes that need lubricant.

Also, clean the surrounding painted area the seal contacts and clean or replace the seal.
