Sun Roof Mechanism Lubrication

Hello all you guys .. as title said .. I was looking without success an thread related to lubrication as preventive maintenance for Sun Roof Mechanism ..

I use White lithium Spray lube on the tracks. Works fine for me. I use my sunroof all the time.

I use a Dow Corning lithium base silicone grease, Molykote 33 Light; despite the name there is no Molybdenum in it.

So some sort of spray lubricant will do the job .. thanks guys !

You can get white lithium grease in a can with a "straw" nozzle like WD-40 has. This will allow you to spray in tight locations.
