She is not a dog person, she was thinking small dog = lap dog. I had to explain to her what Terriers were and what life would be like with him. She didnt keep him long, but me and the kids and the cat sure enjoy the hell out of this terror.

Oh yeah, I bet the cat loves him :D. We've finally got our JRT to only "play" with the cat, so the cat only has to go running about 50% of the time. Sometimes she even makes it to the basement before being cornered.

Yes, she is happy. When she can't move, I carry her. Vet wanted to operate on her numerous tumors. Sometimes I wonder about the common sense of vets who would want ot chop up an 11 year old dog with no guarantee of a good outcome and knowing the average life span is between 10 and 12 years.
