That would be called a rheostat.
The bottom thingy is a built-in cherry-pitter tool.
Another one is a momentary switch designed to actuate a plunger to move a linear actuator and lock or unlock the doors. (Power door lock switch)
Um. 3FEs do not need a choke cable.....

The hand throttle offered in overseas models?
Looks exactly like the hand throttle in my JDM 80 Series VX cruiser.
It don't go in the spot in post #1.
