What is this 8-pin connector for?

I am in the middle of replacing my center console and am going to have my CB wired up inside. I found this connector underneath with nothing plugged in. I've seen a few threads with the fzj that has multiple unused plugs underneath but I have a 91 3fe. Anyone know what this goes to?

I don't have a multimeter so can't check it it's hot yet, but if it is, is there a female connector I could wire in to utilize it?

I know on later trucks there is a connector in that area for the CD changer..

If you can get some wire colors and a 91 EWD the section of the book that shoes where each connector is, cross referenced to appropriate diagrams to confirm wire color could be of use.
