I drove Sampson to the CRR with a few of my mud brothers. It was almost 1100 miles round trip. That got me the “Iron Butt” award.

I removed the hard top to make repairs to fiberglass and install a new Rain Gutter. I was anticipating a lot of rust on the top of the quarter panels . I was very happy to find a very minimal rust all surface rust. But my windshield turned out to be fairly rough I have a few issues to deal with there. The hinge pins are broken and it does not have the hooks to hold the windshield up. And it has some rust issues. I am hoping this is the worst of.the rust

Where did you source your new rain gutter? Or are you making yourself?
 
Thanks, that CCOT is the only one Im aware of. I need one as well for my 40, so was hoping there was more then one option available out there.

im in a ”5-6 week” lead time on my order. It’s killing me.
If you need one, anticipate they are not in stock and you will need to wait.

I think (but am not sure) that top part of the harness can be removed so I can just use them as a lap belt btw.

The difference between after-market weatherstripping on left and OEM on right. OEM is worth the huge cost. Fits like a glove. After market going back to SOR. No hassles and they called to confirm the correct fitting with vent window.

New OEM weatherstripping. Fits like a glove.
About an hour per door. Did not remove doors. These oversized clips work great to trial fit and hold weatherstrip as you move along.
 
Have you considered a seat belt bar added to the roll cage behind the seats? What’s the cage material?
