Looks good Clunky!

This weekend we camped in Stamford, NY. My husband was already working up toward Stamford, so he met us there. He is farrier, and he drives the LC every time he doesn't need his forge (which doesn't often happen). He says everytime he drives it he tries to scheme a way to get rid of his big diesel Chevy so he can drive the LC every day.

Love El Nino. Highs in the 50s, low in the 40s.

Then we took the long way home...

Thanks Manhattan! Now I'm going to leave her alone and just going to enjoy driving. At least until BIO has my sliders ready :)

Gutted and replaced the old busted autopage remote start system with an Avital system. AWESOME! Worth EVERY Penny!
Which avital system did you go with. I literally just came inside from installing an avital 4103 with a dball2 module in our Acura TSX. First remote start. Thought I was done. Got it to start with the remote start but it's not seeing the brake so it won't come out of gear and it doesn't see the key when inserted. Will have to deal with that tomorrow.

I completely trashed my stock plastic skid plate this past weekend. Anyone know what a new one costs, or have one they'd be willing to part with? I was going for the TJM unit but I'd take a stocker until I save up for Slee or BIOR.

I would not even bother with the effort to replace. If you just tore it off, I'm thinking you are wheeling pretty mild stuff. No real reason to replace as it basically does not do anything but help with dust, I guess.

Ya, not the most hardcore wheeling at all. I appreciate the advice. I've got to try to get it all the way off, right now it's just super busted and hanging on with 3 bolts.

If you mean the plastic / fiberglass / whatever 'mid plate' (that's what I call it - fits behind the front 'skid plate'), I have one. I never put mine back on after removing it to replace a cat. No idea how to ship the thing, but you're welcome to it.

Thanks Crimson, I think I'm going to follow the bluecruiser advice and leave it off until I can get real skit plates. Seems like the smartest/easiest thing to do.

No problemo - thats what I'm doing. I just kept it in case a mud member needed it.

Was about to start my drawer system, bought the wood and everything and remembered a local mudder had posted a basic one still not coated or or carpeted a while back. Got a hold of him and he gave me such a good deal as his lx was sold and he was deploying soon that I could not pass it up. Save me countless hours of labor. This is the base and am going to finish it for our needs but I see why folks like these, very useful having a place to put things without them flying all over the place.

he was nice enough to give me some matching carpet but am leaning towards hurculiner roll on bedliner. I love when a project gets a huge head start. Another side benefit was made my ride smoother as the ironman foam cell shocks seem to like the little extra weight on the axle.

Nice score. After I put on roof rack this week I plan to start on my 1-drawer (half the cargo area to allow use of one of the 3rd row jump seats).

I had a light rattle in my lower center console, and could no longer deny signs of what looked like spilled coffee/soda in some areas. So, I removed it, took it all apart, cleaned all the switches, pieces, nooks and crannies, and put it back together.
