Independent PDR Specialist in Santa Fe fixed the fender and door dents from the deer hitting the 75 on Tuesday and I'm blown away! It's pretty much back to normal. He said the door was the thickest sheet metal he's worked on. haha.
I have a similar, funny story. I took my '89 BJ73 to a local PDR specialist last year to remove a softball size dent from the passenger door. They are a very reputable shop, and had work done on different vehicles with amazing results. When I brought them the car, the owner happened to be the one performing the estimate. I told him that the body work on these cars was extra thick, so I was worried about PDR efficacy. He tapped the body with his finger in a few places and said, "actually, quite the opposite, these panels seem thinner than normal. This should be easy".
When I drove in to pick the car up, I could still see the dent outline, though it was MUCH better and almost gone. When I asked why it wasn't 100%, they replied that the panel was extremely difficult to work. Nearly everyone in the shop tried their hand, including the owner. They were all exhausted. I got a nice discount

If I knew I could get an OEM radiator for $350 I never would have re-cored my last one for $600 
Side note, looking in the FSM (Feb 1990 1HZ HD-T) I don’t see a procedure for removing/replacing the radiator in the cooling system section. What am I missing??

I bought an Canadian 70 series speedo cluster for the KMH/MPH face. Managed to remove it without any issues. Plan to install it into the HZJ77 later.
I know I will have to figure something out for the timing belt light. More on that later while I brainstorm.

Ran it on the dyno with @AussieHJCruza ..... gtunter extreme, stock fuel system. Ended up with 245.6wrhp and 770rwnm.

Put on new light covers sent from U.K.
Replaced some old worn out pieces. The shifter bushings weren’t as worn out as I thought they’d be. I think the h55f would benefit from a weighted shifter for a more precise shift.
Replaced turbo oil supply/return gaskets today. Didn't have them when I installed EGT probe so I've been driving infrequently and leaking a bit of oil these past couple months. Holy hell that was not a fun job though.
Megazip backordered since July, so I ordered from carparts.jp and got them within a week. Of course megazip order showed up the next day. Now I've got spares should the need arise.
Also found out that a nut fell off my 4 week old exhaust system (flange to turbo stud), so I took it by the exhaust shop and had them make it right.
Our forest service roads have been getting torn up by logging trucks and side by sides. I recently rattled/sheared off two bolts (90119-08480?) in the windshield frame so I need to extract/replace those. Not looking forward to that. I'm notoriously bad at not getting my pilot hole centered nicely. Might try to find a friend with a welder.

After I was done working on the 74 I gave a little bit of attention to my new PU. Noticed the passenger front tire was low on air so I went to my local discount tire to get a nail pulled out of the truck. Also got a quote on some new tires for it. It’s got 269k on the clock. Had 1 owner prior to me: an older lady who used to be a forest ranger. The ac still blows cold, was always garaged, had its engine rebuilt at Toyota a hundred thousand miles ago. For $2k I think I got a good deal.

instead of waiting weeks, your local Toyota dealer could have gotten you these parts in a few days. These parts are readily available in the US.

Current buyers couldn't be bothered with paying for professional assistance. It's OK for them to make money but not anyone else. As a result they get what they pay for........often less.
2K for a running toyota 4wd truck that isn't rusted out or wrecked is a outstanding deal.

Hah! Yeah! He had to use a hydraulic press on this door. Said he bent the whole door back 1/4" - it actually closes better now.
