Front of pass seat towards middle that connects to floor in back and to floor in front. My guess
Also going with a seat mount, with a add on possibly for a center console.
oh now I see, it's a workbench with a twisted piece of metal on it

Overall, I would have to say that this was not my favorite project to do. It appears there is plenty of wiggle room for construction in this hole, but it is really tight. Only about 1/2" of play in 3 dimensions. Not something I want to do again without a template.

Oh its in one of dem fancy rigs. That's why rob and I didn't get it!
Its a bracket for a D-ring holder for a suspended massage table that has disco lights?
