You mean taking out the square drive plug? I don't think that's the best idea anyway... it only takes 20 minutes to pull the birf...

Take one of the knuckle studs out and squirt it in there.

That's because TG figured out that nobody greases them like that anymore. Most folks just pack the birf, and pack alot around the bronze bushing and knuckle bearings. Maybe a light coat on the inside of the ball in case the birf hits it, and call it good.
With good (read Marlin) axle seals, you'd be surprised how well things stay lubed in there when you don't have gear oil mixing to make birf soup.
Plus, IMHO, filling the entire knuckle with grease it a waste of grease, and it makes things very, VERY messy on the trail if you break a birf, etc.

well if you drive as much as I do then having that plug is a wise idea cause some grease gets pushed out around the wipers.
