Edit on 3/12/18: We found a great guy to help us out. Thanks to all of you for your consideration!

The Palmetto Council, BSA, based in Spartanburg, is in need of someone to teach Scouts the welding merit badge at summer camp. Our camp is in Saluda, NC right off of I-26 and runs three weeks from June 10-30, 2018. We would only need someone two days a week either before or after lunch. You'll be paid (a little) and fed. If anyone is interested, please let me know. The guy we had lined up got a new job and has to move.

The Scouts would greatly appreciate it! You can contact me on mud or through email: joshua . bouldin @ scouting . org

Thanks!!!

That's a really fun merit badge. we have done it twice down here.
Bob Hardin's a really nice camp, also.

It's been really popular and it's helped lots of Scouts find jobs during and after high school. Hopefully we can find someone to help us out. Thanks David!
