According to the Mud wiki info (it has its own forum with all specs on 55's etc) the 55 has a curb weight of 3990 to 4030 lbs

Mine got weighed when the shipper brought it to me and it weighed almost 4800 lbs

mine was last weighed in at 5600lbs,,, but its much heavier than stock.

im not dhure how much mine would weigh becoz it has no roof but its got a 2 inch water pipe roll frame and i think the roll frame would be heavier than the roof but i dnt know for shure.

I've heard 4450# from factory... Iduno though for sure. The FJ60 was 4250# so its in the ballpark

Losing all that glass will make the rig much lighter.

I would acctually rather have a windscreen becuase the wind and water and dust gets in ur face alot.

Maybe one of those wind deflectors on the front of the hood would help?

yea lol it acctually doesnt have much rust apart from b4 the roof was cut of that had bad rust ptherwise it s prity gd
