Contacted the surplus store around the corner where i usually get things but he doesnt carry them. :(

I could get some within a few weeks and bring them to rubithon in june if youre not in a hurry, i keep you updated.

Awesome, thanks. I have a few friends that will be in attendance :D

Well I checked the filler and Mine is 35mm so that'll work nice..

I'll be at Rubithon as well. As time nears we can work out the details to meet up in the springs...:grinpimp: :grinpimp: and have a  .

Also, can anyone who has a filler with the vent take and post a picture of what it looks like from the gasket end? close up that is

I've got four of the swiss military cans from the sportsman.com. The nossle was junk, that they sold. I bought the wedco one from EE, (water one because the gas one is illegal in cal.) I had to slightly bend the vent on the can's and the nossle, but was able to get them to match up. Not too tough. Goood Luck, Guy

To any of you that have the "Nato" style spouts from surplus vendors..

Everyone complains that they don't work worth a crap...

Hint: If you put the clamp end in a vise and close the gap a little (evenly on each side) this will make it seal better on the can.. I did it, and tried it out.... did not spill one drop...

I also read on another site to drill a 1/8" hole on the top side of the spout near the dimple to act as a vent.. (I haven't done this yet, but will try it since those spouts are cheaper than dirt)

Hmmm... I hadn't tried that. Are you talking about decreasing the distance between the two hooks, or decreasing the size of the void inside the hooks themselves?

Decreasing the void inside the hooks.. Make small adjustments and do it evenly to both hooks... works well

I got both of the ones BP sells. The flexible spout is the same as the one sold by sportsman's guide. It fits okay but has no vent so it "gluggs." The other one doesn't fit well on the swiss cans sold by sportsman guide. I tried to adjust the semi flex spout but it leaked a lot. I then drilled a hole on the top of the metal flexible one and pushed a stiff plastic tube through it so it'd go into the air vent in the can. It worked great. It leaked a couple of drops when i tested it. I might go back and put in a bigger tube to make the vent better. HTH anyone that has the swiss cans and was getting frustrated with tthe drips from ill fitting spouts. ty

N.B. I found this site but know nothing about if any are in stock or their reputation:
