Spend some time on the big US parts sites (jegs etc) with your dimensions.

years ago I found a few that were very close from old muscle cars...mustang maybe. Forget which engine....

I have a couple fj40 rads...maybe a rebuild with the combined parts?

There's also a super cheap aluminum one from lordco that very easy to fit in the same area... bit of rubber and slide it into the rad mount :)

hey all, anybody have a radiator for a 3B??? i know they are getting rare. i broke a fan blade and it flew into my radiator and took out a few
of the rods in the core ( not repairable). :wrench::bang:

For the dollars Sean, if your top and bottom are good I would hit Nanaimo Rad and have it re cored, new owners and the work is tops.

thanks Toshi, i was going to contact you about this anyway. someone told me you swapped yours out a while ago, thanks for the help. i'm just going to pull the rad out and get a better look at the damage, it was pouring out just as fast as we were pouring it in.
lucky for the stick of " mighty putty" i had in the tool box that filled the hole enough to get back to shawnigan lol

Ya that same thing happened to me right before my diesel swap... the new rad I had to make a "crossover" pipe since the one outet is on the other side. Whatever you do don't use those crappy electric fan mounts on an aluminum rad! it punched holes right through mine from the friction!

You can also look at getting the rad repaired (brazed) depending on the condition. There used to be a place on hillside ave called townside auto that did rad repairs and pressure testing (if I remember right :) )

Anyway there's a picture of it here: Diesel Swap
