What about this trans from ebay? I would venture to say he has no idea what he is selling since it is listed as a 6 speed, and it doesn't have a torque converter but I could always check the part number to verify it is an LC trans?

Now I am starting to get confused?

Landcruiser had a non-vvt-i 4.7 from 98 to 05 and VVT-i 4.7 from 2006 to 07 right.

But the LC had a 5 speed A750f from 2004 to 2005 and I assume a different 5 Speed A750F from 2006 to 2007 to work with the new dbw engine?

Jason WTF ! GL with the sale. LMK what you end up taking for it.

Also what kind of MPG have you been getting ? Im getting 11.8 avg over 12k miles. When reset the ultragauge (calibrated), I get about 12.9-13.1 hwy per tank. But usually so much of it is mixxed with sitting in traffic for 1-2hrs a day during the commute...

hey james. we have been to the E.R. 4 times since christmas. Needless to say, our vacation has been cancelled...... this was the whole reason for building the truck. No reason to keep it.

not sure on highway mpg. will check it tonight. (i was normally getting 15mpg in the winter around town.) i would expect 17mpg in the warmer / non-winter gas.

Im sorry to hear that. Hopefully things are or, or looking up.
I dream of MPG that high. I was doing a bunch of surfing the other night and im starting to wonder if the mass air placement has something to do with it.

Mine is only 11.9 mpg avg. It runs so great, I just dont know what else to look for. I wonder if the MAF placement has something to do with it.

No I never got back around to working on the cruise again.
Been out wheeling too much :D.
I should make time though because those 1+ hour long trips to get to the wheelin spots are a biotch on the ankle.

The other thing I was wondering about was the throttle on yours. How sensative is it on yours ? Every little twitch of the pedal will send me flyin. Especially offroad. I have the appropriate amount of slack in the throttle cable and have the TB/TPS set per the FSM.

Me too. It seems a little sensitive with the first 10%. Nothing too dramatic though. If i drive it for a couple days and then hop into the wife's mini, i really notice it. But it seems very similar to my 330ci e-pedal.

I couldnt live without cruise. Well, I might survive, but it would probabily be behind bars for "recklessness."
