The 2004 is the only known electronic FSM we have available for download. The EWD can also be found in this link to the full FSM: https://forum.ih8mud.com/100-series-cruisers/527487-factory-service-manual-fsm.html

I've found it to be completely aligned with my 2000. The UI changed in the 03+ but the backend didn't. Factory wiring seems to be the same across the years. If anything, there are dead-end connectors in mine that were destined for features not available in my year/model.

Thanks OregonLC, I should have asked earlier.

The reason I'm looking for/at EWD (not that I understand them) is this issue of fog light control with parking lights on only, or totally independent of headlight SW altogether.

I've found Toyota thread/forums (other than our series 100 Land Cruiser, UZJ100) that have made this mod. They've done this fairly easily by bending the positive prong of the fog relay to disconnect power from low beam, than tapping that prong to power source elsewhere depending on desired control of Fog switch ie..independent of key off, key on or parking light on.. etc...

Additional the Europe series 100 is reportedly already controls; fog light on only when parking SW on. I was wondering (dangerous I know..LOL) could we simple switch switches?????????

I did see that earlier and the link in post #24 in the same thread you point to, thank you.
I also found this one very interesting: http://www.yotatech.com/f117/fog-light-mod-when-you-want-them-not-just-low-beam-headlights-236696/

I've not found anyone switching switches with European model 100, have you?

That link does the same thing that I show in the EWD link; take the hot side of the Fog Relay solenoid to a switched hot source. In doing so, you've removed the reference to the headlight relay and have autonomous control. I personally wouldn't take it to battery, that's a good way to get stranded! Running it to parking light power is another good strategy.

My guess is that the switch doesn't have anything to do with it, rather its in the logic behind the switch.

I agree with attaching to keyed source like parking lights. Hope that thread gives us the first use of this fog mod.

As far as European I don't know, but I did find different part #'s for relay & switch than U.S.
