CROC (Carolina Rovers Owners Club) is doing the Annual Last ride Dec 15-17th this year.

Camp Across from the outpost. (may change to RiverBend)

No cost. Low key.

We are trying to grow it, since there is nothing this late in the year.

Cold, Trails, Good Attitudes, Probable breakdowns, & Late night Shenanigans...

Nope that was not the the rover group, well at least in the last 12 or so years anyway... The incident you are referring to was another group, which was primarily domestic 4x4's....

We did make the camp host really mad at us for a while due to some pyrotechnics in the "field" with the sign directly across from the bathrooms.. but nothing was harmed, and everything was cleaned up (I should know...since I was there and cleaned up what was left on Sunday).

I'm usually one of the last to leave the events as well, and do a lot of the final sweeps.. so yeah not the rover group that I am aware of.

The Fall Rover event is still there in the group camp (A-C) as well. Nov 2-5 if anyone is interested... it is also open to everyone.
