I'd love a 1995-1997 T100 but they are soooo rare. T100 didn't really cut the mustard with the "full size" crowd back in the day. I like them (95-97) because they are the best of the tacoma and earlier pickup combined on a slightly bigger platform. Not the prettiest trucks though.
