I've got one of those too. It's huge. I think it weighs 35 pounds, so for the same weight you could get a tent-cot! I'm taking it to Cruise Moab for tent use so I don't have to sleep on the ground for a week.
Better than any other cot I've used and a lot better than closed cell foam or a thermarest on the ground. Keeps the bugs snakes and other creatures out of your sleeping bag.
They can be hard (requiring better than average strength) to set up. So test set up each one before buying. (the difficulty varies by individual cot).
My experiances with air matresses is that they don't help much when its cold either. I would go for foam if you are dealing with cold weather.
I just picked up a couple of roll-a-cots for our bushwakka. They're light and stow as well as a folding camp-chair. REI has them for 69.00, cheapest I could find.
