So I can confirm 12v to the FP when cranking. Getting OL when checking the resistance of the FP. Zero life of the pump when straight to a battery. I’m leaning heavy dead FB.I recently had spark and no fuel. It turned out to be a bad brake booster. The vacuum leak was so bad that not enough air was flowing through the MAF to initiate fuel delivery. As soon as I plugged the hose it fired right up.
