Nice

Nice work.
For anyone wanting to know what year f engines there were spec for: Correct Valve Cover Nut's for F135/145/155?
Acorns started sometime around 1968.

Just think how nice it would be if Toyota supported the parts system back to when they started imported the Land Cruiser verses 3/69. Instead of some time around 1968 you actually put a date to it. Haven't looked at my 9/67 68 model for a while but do not remember it having acorn nuts.

It is interesting only finding two part` numbers for the hooks. My guess is the one that ends in 10 is the one used 3/69-8/76 on spare tires on the left. RHD were always on the left. The one that ends in 20 were used on the LHD with tailgate or barn doors up until 9/75 when tailgate and barn doors even LHD were moved to the left side. Would be curious to see the hook on your 75 FST. Here is my 73 FST and the hook just clears the right hinge. I know this style hinge was replaced by another style but don't find a hinge change until 1/79.:meh:

I added an OEM tailgate. Had to shave the hinge/hook mounts about 1/8" to clear. different part numbers make sense to me.

Yes, for the rear.

I picked mine up today, definitely rear. Glad they'll work on FF because that's where their going. Are there alternate part numbers for the front plates for An '82 FJ40? 47703-60020 and 47704-60020 seems to be NLA.

You can use the backing plates off of a HZJ70.

There are some extra brackets for electrical connections utilized in the electro-mechanical hub locking system, but they don't interfere with using them. The brake junction is the same to be able to utilize the tube from the caliper.

47703-60070
47704-60070

Both are readily available in non-US markets.

These would work on all US Land Cruisers 1980 and forward roughly (40 and 60/62) with disc brakes.

Do you have them, or can you recommend a vendor for them?

I've been getting regular inquiries about the '79 and up floor mat, so it's time for an update. Yes, the project has been on-going. We did a second take of the mould to tighten up a few areas, and then refined the details such as texture. At this stage, we are pretty much ready to start a production run. Estimated release date is around July time frame.

People have also been asking why the adjustable brake proportioning valve disappeared from my website. The reason is that we're transitioning to an OEM style reproduction valve. Thanks to @77CruiserDog for assisting with some testing over the weekend. You can read about it in his thread. This valve will also go to production soon.
