I've also gotten in touch with a couple of folks who would be willing to teach a class specifically for us if we would like to do it that way. Just let them know a time and place and they'll work out materials and cost. Still working on the Wilderness First Responder connection. I know that guy...I just can't figure out who he is right now.

Right now on steepandcheap.com there are some really good deals on first aid kits. I don't know if one was ever purchased. Just thought I would let ya know. The deals dont last long.

No problem, I just saw it and remembered this thread. Its already gone anyways on to some sort of leatherman type tool. That site and woot are part of my daily websites.

So even though the club purchased a kit and this is now a bit off topic, I'd second how great a site steep and cheap is...I've been buying gear there pretty regularly for years at 50-75% off retail prices.

Steep and Cheap: CamelBak Alpine Explorer Hydration Pack - $41.48 - 58% off

The deals dont last long.

You probably already know but if you miss the deal on SAC, go to this affiliated site and you'll be able to see / purchase the past deals at a little less discount:

SAC Attack - Deal Tracker

.

Thanks for the additional site. I wasn't aware of it. Already bookmarked it and searched the last weeks worth of missed deals. I am always in the market for good deals on random stuff.:)
