We did it one year. Each one of us boned a bird and made a different stuffing. I think we had a wild rice, corn bread and traditional stuffing. Boning the birds wasn't difficult but you need sharp knives.

I think frying it might be difficult only because when we cooked it the birds fell apart and made slicing it difficult. If you could find a way to wrap it tightly and ensure it stayed together I think you'd be fine.

Well,.one could wrap it in poultry wire, but I guess it would be awfully hard to cook the inside, when you deep fry a turk, the oil is inside also,..:hhmm:
