I have found an HJ47 pickup that a friend of mine wants me to bring in for him.

So I am looking to fill a container with a second truck.

This would be a LHD diesel Cruiser.

I can source a Troopy, 70-series pickup, Prado (2 or 4-door), SWB 70 such as BJ or PZJ.

I am willing to do this for a finders fee. That means my cost on the truck and import with a finders fee added in. If I fly down to inspect the truck myself I want my expenses covered which could be split with my friend.

I have a line on a few Troopies and pickups and some Prados and SWB 70's as well.

Rare opportunity to get what you want for pretty reasonable price. FYI, last container took two months to get here. Cost all up on ALL shipping, import expenses, etc was about $5k per truck.

Message me, call or email.

Cheers

Imo I probably wouldn't bother too much with BJs, PZJ, and prados. If you brought back some HZJ75 in troops and truck form LHD I'm sure you would have easier time selling and maximizing profits and time spent on the venture.

This is not a me buy it, import it and sell it deal.

This is a find you what you want, you pay all expenses at my cost and I get a finders fee.

I have a truck for the container, I am just looking for somebody who wants a truck so we can fill a 40ft container to make things more cost effective.

Cheers

This truck just became available and this is what I am talking about.

02/1991 HZJ75 Pickup. H55, 1HZ and original paint.

Nice thing to do for the cruiser community. Too bad I don't want another cruiser from south of the Texas border based on my personal experience. :(

I understand how you feel, but you can judge all the apples for one or two bad ones.
There is good cruiser down south
And cruiser heads that take care of them, just got to find the right ones.

There is planty to choose from, 75,70,73
80 as well.

In fact, i’ll be spending the next two weeks in
Guatemala, if some one is interesting in cruiser there i’ll be willing to inspected for a small fee to cover travel expenses.

Just my to 2 cents

I get what you are saying also but I guess we will just have to agree to disagree (respectfully of course).

I’m also curious what a Hzj75 would cost? The above is probably a bit nice for me... any double cabs? That may be worth the trouble..

@RMP&O I'd be into that. How do you find them online down there? I'm looking for an HZJ75 or 78. I was seriously thinking of Australia but I think I want LHD.

Oh the only problem is I want one 15-20 years old and it would have to go through the US which is a hassle, it has to then go on bond to the Canadian border. What port would you import into? Might go for an older HZJ75.

OK let me know if you see anything. I might go for a BJ or PZJ if in good condition and the price is right.

Oh sorry I meant BJ75 or PZJ75, I'm looking for a Troopy to build up with a pop top for touring.

Only Troopies I can get my hands on are HJ75 or HZJ75.
