I have a 62 with an h55. Does this hose include all the fittings? If so i'll take one. its like 40mm or 16inches from one plug to the other. thx

I have two standard lengths guys are using on most of their rigs. The hose comes compete with banjo bolts and sealing washers. The thread size is M18x1.5. Here is a canned statement on what to do.

I have hoses on order but not sure when they will come in. I have a few extra 12.75 and 17.5 hoses on order. Let me know in the next couple days if you need a different length or banjo size bolt thread and i could include it in this order as we are waiting for parts from england to complete the order.

Sorry guys I still waiting for group buy 17 to come in. The banjo fittings from England have not come to the hose vendor yet. As soon as I get a confirmation email of the shipment I will let you know and they will go out the day I get the hoses. I appreciate the patience.

Any left?

your usps.com tracking number is 9405909699937398102321 thanks for the purchase post pics of your rig and install here on this thread. One 12.75 hose left. Group buy order 18 has been placed. It will be a month before the vendor gets the banjo fittings in from England.

Thanks, glad you had one left. When I put this on, I suppose I let the "extra" lube out of my transmission, install the bypass hose to transmission fitting, bring the transfer up to the proper level, and then install the lower hose and never have to check it ever again? :hmm:

You should always check the fluids in your vehicle. The hose is good insurance for when the seal fails between the transfer case and transmission. The process you described above is correct. Let us know how much oil drains out of the transmission when you take the transmission fill plug out. I poured mine into a coke can I cut the top off so I could get an idea how much oil there was. I got about 8 ounces out of my 74 when I made the change.

Well, when I pulled the top plug last Sunday let's just say I wasn't prepared. Nothing a small mountain of litter wouldn't soak up. Knew I'd have some but it was probably a pint or more. It always looks like more when it's pouring out and you forgot your coffee can. I'll let you know what comes out this time. I hope to be able to swap it in on Sunday. Yes, we always check our fluids.

Wow, my hose showed up and what a beautiful piece it is, hate to hide it down below. I'm sure Jezebel will know it's there. Kind of like wearing expensive panties under your work clothes. :pig: I hope to install this weekend, pics if possible.
Thanks shipmag,
Mike
