happened to me 2x. last time i also used lock tite and no probs since.

HiJack - Does such a club exist? I see them all over the place around here.
Check that rim and make sure it now doesn't have a major stress fracture down the middle that is ready to crack. Might need to take it to a decent wheel shop and have them look at it.
