new Pic's

Put the new windshield frame and a new frame, replaced the aprons and the bib for fitment before paint. I also removed the large bumper in the rear, so lot's of wiring and tuning stuff, rebuilt the carburator and the ignition, I am also changing to a vacuum advanc distributior instead of the retard dist, so lot's going on, proably the power steering is next. thanks Paul for all the sheet metal.

Nice Larry! I'm ready for those metal working lessons :) How did you cut the hole out for the fairlead mount? Torch?

What size and thickness steel is that? And are the mounting plates you welded on the same thickness? Thanks.

It's 4x2x1/4 inch steel and the brackets are 1/4 inch as well, I still have to put a hoop on it and tie in for attachment points to the frame, I will proably take it to work and use the plasma there for the cuts, Larry

nice when you can do that at work, I've got the same deal, they let us use the shop when available.

That's looking really good Larry. Did you cut out the rear quarter panels? Is that Freeborn Red? Darren
