hate to be the bearer of bad news, but theres no ways that technology is here now, at least in an affordable neat package like a window.
the video shows a couple of things that would need serious computing equipment, range finders and cameras, as well as a full size OLED transparent display. it would need super advanced recognition software for the supposed education part of it (where it names passing things).
maybe one day, but definitely not now. its not impossible, but i think that must be at least 3 years away from mainstream technology.
