I use a steel brush on my drill to clean the old FIPG off. Too lazy to scrape in my old age. My legs are tingling from cut off circulation just looking at someone having to kneel on the ground for more than 1min like that, haha.

I dont see any "The right stuff" gasket sealant. If theres no "the right stuff" then your doing it the wrong way.

Didn't quite remember in time, and I can't find the old sellers kijiji pics, but it took a little under 9 years to do 100k.

Probably the longest I've ever owned a cruiser.
