I had tried to patch like 5 yrs ago tank in place with JB tank weld, and that may have worked if i pulled tank and prepped properly. This time, pulled tank, drained, blew a cool hair dryer through for half a day, welded, and regular jb weld on top just for assurance. The welding was a bitch with the thin wall, continually thinning material, weld again, thin, repeat, **** it, jb weld.

Waiting on new Knuckle studs to come in for me so I can reassemble my drivers side. Decided to order ne ones from toyota. Ordered both sides, so I will probably replace both. New studs, cone washer, washers, and nuts.
 
Looks like you have been busy! What diff guard is that? Looks like a Low Range Off Road, is it the one they sell for the 8" Rear axle? Fits well

I think so. Raffle prize from several years back. It seemed to line right up though, with the outer side of the “pumpkin” weld, and fill access lined right up.
 
Should have the truck on tires today and be able to test it. Then just some rattle can to cover any bare spots from the last trip!
 
Make sure u double check steering arm bolts and hub nuts
 
So I must be missing something put new starter on n and nothing no clicks no run put old starter back in and nothing what am I missing
 
Is there a starter relay on fj60?
