My guess it is ARB with the pipes over the lights lifted up higher.

that fold along the bottom edge looks very arb.

Maybe one from a Toyota pickup or something. I looked into modifying one once, biggest issue was how low the tubes were , so maybe that jog is how they fixed it.

Have to look for a bit, that aluminum job on the front of mine will fold like foil
against anything harder than a slow moving critter

That was my buddies truck and I think it was more of a home made knock off. That truck has serious rust issues.
