Great place.

$30 to blast the Dodge steelies before painting them. Well worth the $ not to sit there and sh*t till the fingers are raw.

I'm gonna go with 40 folk tending to take things apart, make improvements and put them back together fairly often...

This contrasts with the 80series folk method of dealing with problems that generally involves standing on a chair, lifting skirt, yelling "eek" while sending a barrage of panicked emails and texts to the espresso technicians to get their frothing wands attended to.
