Well I have decided on what kind of tire... I am going with the Goodyear Wrangler Silentarmor.

What I am having problems with are tire size. I normally just go with a 33inch tire..... but am currently using a tire that is 35inch..... and the price between the two tires is only about four bucks. The 33's are 133 and the 35's are 137 each. I dont pay tax and I am going to have them mounted and balanced at Sams Club.
With the 33's I would go ahead and tune the spring packs down as I really dont need the height....... but then again it is nice riding this high even though the fuel economy sucks.......

now who was it that said the bfg had a satanic hypnotic humm when driven on the freeways? :grinpimp:

Actually Im looking forward to the Goodyear Silentarmor Wranglers. And at 133 each with zero taxes and zero charge on delivery from the factory.... I cant pass that one up..:grinpimp:

Thats nothing, swampers are much more noise friendly! :grinpimp:

Do you plan on wheeling at all with these tires or will you switch? I would be extremely cautious when off road with these.

the silentarmor wranglers are an AT tire.. they have the same base as the MTR's.... same sidwalls... these will be my daily driver tires and medium trail use

thats slightly scary:eek: ...I guess it's good I passed on the MT/R's i was looking...

good for you...but sucks they won't beef up MT/R's more...

I say this as I'm getting MT/R's most likely:doh: :D guess we'll see how they turn out
the thing I noticed on these, is that they have the rim guard which many do NOT like as it will for crap into the bead....

just a though...
