Tire Option

Does Michelin no longer make tires for our truck (275/70/16)? I know they stop making the stock LTX, so I plan to go with the defender. But it has been more than 6 months, Costco is still not able to order the tires for me.

If not Michelin, any other suggestion? It is no longer my daily drive and I almost never went off-road.

Any tire you like in 265/75r16. Close enough to stock that you wont be able to tell the difference. This is a super-common tire size.

Just to report back. The Michelin defender 275 70/16 is back in stock...

Just put a set of the Defender 275 70R16 on my 1993. Great all around tire and very quiet/smooth on the road.
I you don't wheel your cruiser this is a good tire choice.
