Wanted tie rod and relay rods for FJ40/55 (1 Viewer)

My tie and relay rods were filled with mud and I can't screw tie rod ends in all the way to adjust the steering on my '74 FJ55. Anyone have an extra set in decent shape (ones that I can at least screw the ends in all the way) that they're willing to sell? The tie rod is about 42" and the relay rod about 29.5". Here's a pic.

If you cut fluted notches into your old tie rod ends, you can use them as thread chasers to clean the tubes.

I tried that without the fluted notches. I drove them in as far as possible and the threads were basically gone. Good idea with the notches though. May try it again.

I have a set off of an FJ40 but not sure they would be the same length.

The tie rod is the same length as my 40s. Can’t check relay bc I have PS on the 40, so it definitely shorter.
