throw out bearing question...Confused??

I have been reading a lot of old posts and determined I need to put all 4 speed clutch parts in. I will also resurface the fly wheel

If the shop you take the flywheel to cannot tell you the step height differential, find another shop.

I'm not sure what flywheel I have. Will an F flywheel work with the 4 speed diaphragm pressure plate or do I need a 2f? Other threads seem to disagree with each other.

I have another throw out bearing question. I have a 3 speed flywheel, 3 finger pressure plate, and I have a flat faced throw out bearing from the install I did 3 years ago. The bearing is in good shape but I got a new clutch kit because I am adding a 4 speed transmission. The new throw out bearing looks different than the old one I have. The new one is rounded on the face that engages the 3 finger pressure plate.

The question is which one would be best to use?

Does the hole in the middle of that bearing even match the diameter of your hub?
