Three slide brushes broken in Rear elock actuator.

I have looked but can't find a rebuild kit....any suggestions on how to fix?

According to Toyota there are no user serviceable parts in the actuator, so it's on you to find parts for them. For brushes, best to measure them and find usable replacements.
