What is there to say? Get a KDSS relocation bracket if it bothers you or order a smaller tire?
1" Wheel spacer = no bueno
285/70R18 tires = no bueno
KDSS rub = no bueno
Remedies?
Lose the wheel spacers and hope the installer didn't cut off (i.e. shorten) the OEM wheel studs making them unsafe for use without the spacer
