I guess you don’t have to worry about your kid’s Cheetos fingers.

Certainly interesting colour choice. Looks like the passenger side mirror camera is out of commission, too.

Hmmm.
My key fob is close...
Now I just need the matching interior! :hillbilly:

Haha... I like that. Bet you a buck you won't do it. Or a pair of new Canguro socks!!!

Heh.... No.
But while we’re on bright colors FOBs... It’s amazing how much nicer it is to hunt for my key when it’s bright orange.
!!

On the other hand...I’ve never misplaced my interior....so I think I’ll pass. ;)

The way my fob eats batteries I hope it's easy to open too!

Wonder if you’re getting bad batteries.
Mine seem to last forever... Button cells ordered on-line are notorious for being nearly dead out of the box...

How close to the vehicle do you store your fob? Close-enough, and some sort of communication takes place between the two, and will eat the battery in the fob. Try keeping the fob further away.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 25-30 feet. Sometimes less.

Yeah this is definitely part of the issue. The other is the crappy "bulk" no-name batteries off amazon that have been sitting for a year now. I also feel like one of my fobs works a lot better than the other (ie same batteries used, one just seems to last longer).
