My current grease gun proves to be quite difficult in greasing the zerks on my u-joints. Especially the u-joint on the front driveshaft that meets the T-Case.

Anyone have a better idea or grease gun they can recommend here???

My grease gun has a flexible hose, but the fitting that snaps onto the zerk is a little too long.

Mine has a straight 6-8” section and I’ve found the best angle of attack is to have the zerk pointed toward the passenger side and grease gun lying on top of the crossmember. It just barely works, but does so perfectly.

As long as the tip of the hose weren’t any bigger I’m pretty sure I could make a flexible one work too.. but haven’t found it necessary yet.

I've found it's much easier with a combination of removing the nearby heat shield, a long needle nozzle, and a Milwaukee electric grease gun.

There's a big thread on this. My gun has a flexible hose. I point that specific zerk towards the drivers side angled a bit down. There's space through the driver's side to get to it. Careful with the exhaust pipe if you turned on the engine to rotate the drive shaft because it'll be hot.

A 90° Coupler on a flexible hose worked for me.
