So 1935l is like 510 gallons so that's at least $10,000 of evapo rust. Way too corrosive for my wallet. Maybe inflatable swimming pool and a battery charger. I could likely electro plate the zinc on after the rust falls off in the same pool using the battery charger and a melted block of pennies.

Why not just acid dip? It's way cheaper. Then hot dip or ecoat.

Assuming you want to be on par with cars coming out of production lines now.

I sandblasted my frame and tub took it down to AZZ galvanizing in Mississippi. The frame cost $1000 and the tub cost $500. i thought that was the best investment I have made so far in my build.

yep i hot dipped my frame and then galvanized it for $500 CAD a few years ago. then POR 15 costing. turned out awesome. i guess we’ll see how well the POR 15 holds over time on the zinc but i don’t think it’ll rust in my lifetime
