I just registered for the event. What is the head count so far?

I'm not sure how many Ozark Mountain Cruisers have registered so far but we should have a strong turn out.
 
Sippie Cup Challenge - Tail Gunner?

At Gator a friend of mine with no kids helped me out, and I'm trying to convince him to come agan. The no kids helps cause he can help with everyone elses and especially mine, since I'm buisy with 5 other things. If he's not available anyone else up for Tail Gunner duties?
 
I have to bow out on the Sippie Cup Challenge, as of an hour ago, I am truckless. Welding started the interior on fire and the truck burnt up.
 
That is awful news. Are you okay, I mean you didn't get hurt I hope, other than emotionally? We will surely miss you.
 
What night is the BBQ? I will cook meat, do I need to do sides or can I get a little he'p?;)
 
I just need an approximate headcount about 2 weeks ahead of time. That would be helpful;)
 
The B-B-Q is Sat. night. Yes, we will get volunteers for the sides. I'm thinking potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans. You are the chief cook and menu planner so how does this sound to you? Do you want to add anything?
 
Nope, nothing to add. Glad for the help with sides! Just need a headcount and I'll wait on that. Thanks Peggy;p

Thanks - Andrea took me to the hospital cause of the smoke inhalation, but other than feeling like I smoked 6 packs of Lucky Strikes in one night I'm fine. Trying to figure out what to do vehicle wise, but hard to do when I don't know if insurance will cover. I was just happy it didn't hit the gas tank or anything.
 
Walking Eagle, I tried to edit my post but I guess it didn't work I wanted to offer you the use of the little blue truck if you still wanted to attend and do the sippy cup. I am sure there are others who you could ride with for other events. But then maybe you're not in the mood to do anything at this point. Just an offer.
 
Take her up on the little blue truck... Not like these events are about wheeling.. it's more bout having fun with friends and family.
I've been know to borrow it from time to time....
Someone always has a passenger seat and a lot of them will offer up a drivers seat..

This is why I like hanging out with you TAC folk. That is a really great offer. I don't think Andrea would approve of me strapping the kids car seats to the cage though :).

Andrea origonally had that weeked as vacation, then removed the vacation, and they scheuduled it. Guess I wasn't even thinking there would be a different option.

Took a week of nagging the insurance company to return calls, but they finally agree'd to pay full book. My brother's got me a full '94 cloth interior to go in it, but it's in Idaho. So he came up with a '98 Passat w/ only 28K miles for me to buy as a daily driver too. I think I owe him big. So, the Lexus will rise again. I know that even if I dreampt of getting it back together before SMORR, I'd be fooling myself though.

I keep dream'n anyway - and ever time you guys act nice like this, it makes not going suck that much more!
 
Do we have a ballpark number of attendees? I'm firing up the smoker.....:clap:
