Hi all,

I'm new to the Yankee Toys group and was planning on attending my first run at the Fall Gathering. I have a few questions. I'm pretty much a newbie running a 04 T4R with an OME suspension, warn winch, 32" tires.

What trails would you recommend?

Wheeled with a 03 4Runner this past weekend. Pretty much followed me everywhere I went. Did really well but that traction control noise made be jump.

He had some coil overs on the front so it was lifted.

on a side note I'm hopefull going to start wrenching on my 97LCCE soon.

Yes. T4R is Toyota 4Runner. One day I'll have a nice old Fj to run around in.

Jeez come on... How embarrassing...You had to post that...I was hoping that would never get out LOL. Looks like a beached whale there. lol Sad that was the final death to my stock exhaust. But I will be back and I will make it through that this year!

Seriously, that was impressive to see you in there with the 80. The way you drove out was also nicely done and could have easily rolled. Sorry to embarrass, not my intention. Just thought it was cool. I've lost count on the number of times I've beached the 40.

Good news! We will be providing a modest breakfast on Saturday morning at no extra coast. Egg McCruisers, coffee and juice, first come-first served.

Hopefully this will help folks get a warm, early start.

We welcome volunteers to help cook, starting at the crack of dawn on Saturday. Location: The Becker's RV.

Living only 20 minutes away this sounds fun. However my poor 63 never has had seat belts or a roll bar. I will look into them though. Would the FST bows count as a roll bar? KIDDING..... If I get my gas tank back from rebuilding & relining I am in.

Bill, I'd have to check, but I don't think there's a problem with paying for a dinner and showing up Saturday afternoon for BBQ and the raffle if you don't have the 40 going. Worth it just to see the rigs, we do have quite the mix.
