You have a fricken laser beam?
LOL no, just have a lot patience, mild OCD and access to a machine shop with a 3-axis cnc milling machine :hillbilly: (and few bored machinists and engineers looking for something to do aside from their normal contracts with local construction companies.)
 
Im not sure exactly what your after results wise. But heres an email I got the other night. Longreach is a town in central qld (very dry and dusty heat). I get alot of feedback like this.

Yes but its also 120kph. Where its always been at higher speed a noticeable drop in performance due to air deflection for both front mount and wta intercoolers. We have an 80 series with a 600 x 350 x 100mm thick front mount - you cant fit anything physically bigger than this in. Does alright but you would expect better. The WTA at highway speeds is better, but not by a huge margin. Anything else though its WTA, in some circustances it absolutely kills it.

bigger isn't necessarily better if you can't get the airflow through to cool it.
