A little different.
I went off into the trees in Central Oregon for three days of camping last weekend. It was also the first time using the CVT. It was great!
Went up to Great Sand Dunes National Park for the weekend. Low snow pack this year so the river by the dunes was already dried up. Drove Medano Pass. Very crowded and not that interesting of a trail. Camped on the San Isabel National Forest side. Fire restrictions in place, so got some nice views of the stars.
Have you noticed any decrease in mpg from the added wind resistance?
Yes, a bit. But I've only been on that one trip so far, so I don't have a clear idea of how much just yet. Next week is a road trip for several days, I'll know more then.
Just got my suspension done with the EMU Heavy Kit. Feels great! This is my first time taking out and wanted to share. I’m starting to understand and learn what else I will need in the future. Mostly for photo adventures, but helps to be ready for wherever whenever right? Cheers!

My bad this was my first time, hope I’m saying the right names or in the right order? It was my first time out there and I was soaking it all in. I’m def adventure ready, any other recommendations?

Had a meeting with a few DoD contractors today and they decided to bring out their big boy toys. The large tent is a rapid deployment chembio decontamination and treatment shelter. Full heated and/or cooled with dedicated generator for power supply.
But the real question is could it be used as a rooftop tent??

I’ve had this Ironman bumper sitting in the garage for a few weeks to put on my wife’s LX. Got it for a good deal from a buddy who switched bumpers. She doesn’t want it on, as she thinks it’ll make her look “dikey” lol. Well she’s out of town until Monday, so I figured I’d put it on and enjoy it while she’s gone
