Been browsing IH8MUD for some time, had an FJ60 I just sold to a friend of mine, and I have my 02' LX470 I picked up last November which is currently stock except the tires, and now a rhino rack for boarding.

Been in the sandbox the past 9.5 months - returning to Denver in Feb and I can finally do some work to my winter rig!

First thing I noticed (too late I might add) that I need to fix - is that when I'm driving to the resorts from Denver, it is absolutely gutless in the pass... going up hill, trying to pass or even gain speed during a slight incline... etc. 124k on the ODO

How she currently looks minus the rhino rack:

Welcome. I can tell you as a resident of Littleton, as well as the sandbox, I can tell you that your money will be happy with it's new home in Slee's cash register :D Run up to Golden and at least pick up the 2.5" heavy lift. I had to get that so my 100 wouldn't sag in the back when I load up all of my guns and head to the hills.

Don't worry, adding all the bumpers, sliders, skids and 35s wont help coming up to the resorts from Denver. Just imagine driving an 80, or your old 60. Misled, lol nice problem to have isnt it?

Quick 100 pic from the phone since I haven't had a chance to go to the mall today.

Thanks, and thanks for your service as well! Funny you mentioned Slee, that's actually one of the first things I noticed while browsing through the forums was how much I liked that Blueberry front bumper!

I actually just moved to Denver last winter prior to coming out here, so still getting to know the area. Is there a recommended shop there in Golden, or is Slee's actual shop located there? I honestly just started doing my mod research as I was so torn by the lack of power as to whether I'd keep it or not once returning... and finally came down to the fact I'll either find the issue to fix it or look into what a diesel conversion would take to do.

I'll have to look into that lift, along with other "necessary" items such as lighting, skid plates, snorkel, lift, wheels with more rubber, roof rack with ladder.... wait a second, I swear I've been through something like this with my motorcycle before....

Slee's shop is in Golden, and they're full service. The last 2 things on my short list are an ARB locker in the front, and the Slee rear bumper with both swing outs. There is a longer list, but I'm trying to finish up my FJ40 sometime shortly (hopefully before 2015). That bad boy still needs a new body tub.

Figure out what you want to use the 100 for and go from there. I still NEED:

Roof rack
Roof top tent
Drawer system
Marlin Crawler 3:1 low range gears
Slee shocks
Helton hot water
Light bar for the Blueberry
Fridge/Stove/Tembo Tusk
better tunes

Plenty of info on here. It's my first IFS vehicle, and I'm still trying to find its limits, within reason. Very impressed with the 100 so far.

My Favorite Wagon and Favorite Fence Post

Out enjoying the great plains over the weekend (AKA: unsuccessful hunting trip).

Very cool pic Amingo Del sire 100, good looking LC. Bummer on hunting, but nice find on old frame (aka fences post) if I'm not mistaken.

DT headers are my first recommendation. Probably the best engine performance mod I have ever done. My 01 does a bunch better climbing the passes and it is loaded down with mods.

Welcome back from the sandbox, thanks for your service!

Thanks for the input Chris, I'll add DT Headers into my items to research! I have no doubt by the time summertime hits I'll have added quite a list of mods to Percy (Friend decided to name it right after I bought it) - starting with Slee and power upgrades.

Do the DT headers increase the sound level at all (under hood and at tailpipe)? Thanks,
